David is a popular keynote speaker, moderator and chair who has presented at conferences all over the world.


Keynote speaker

Since 2014, David has spoken at 50+ events in a multitude of cities including London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Moscow, Berlin, Singapore, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, Helsinki, Las Vegas, Stockholm, Lisbon and Paris.  For example, David was the headline speaker at HR Digital in Moscow in September 2017 where he delivered a 60 minute keynote to over 600 people on 'People Analytics and its role in the Future of Work' and also ran a workshop on 'Getting Started with People Analytics'. 


David is regularly invited to chair industry events on people analytics, HR technology and the future of work. For example, David has been the main chair of Tucana's annual People Analytics World event in London since 2015, co-chairs the People Analytics & Future of Work conferences in San Francisco and Philadelphia with Al Adamsen, and regularly chairs the Smart Data breakout at the UNLEASH (formerly HR Tech World) shows in Europe and the US.

David provides a range of consulting services to help organisations embark upon and progress their people analytics and digital HR journeys. He is regularly invited to share his knowledge on people analytics, HR technology and the future of work at internal company events, which since the start of 2017 includes global organisations such as ABN Amro, Bosch, Vodafone, Rolls Royce and AXA.



David is available for board advisory and Non-Executive Director roles in the people analytics, HR technology and digital HR spaces. David's first advisory appointments at at Insight222 and TrustSphere were announced in April 2018.
